-There are more than 12 thousand species of ants all over the world.

-Ants can lift 20 times their own body weight.

-Queen ants can have up to millions of babies.

-Ants have no ears, they sense vibrations.

-Ants fight to the death.

-Ants don’t have lungs, oxygen enters through tiny holes in their bodies.

-When the queen of the colony dies, the colony will only survive for another few months.
