Absolutely. Your coverage can transfer to the next homeowner as long as there is no lapse in coverage and a credit card is on file. 

Lifetime Guarantee refers to the life of the termite treatment (5 years). To maintain coverage, the customer must maintain uninterrupted $19 monthly payments, complete annual termite inspections, and remain current within 30 days of each payment due date. Spot treatments are included for qualifying termite activity at the company’s discretion. If widespread or structural termite activity is identified, a full paid re-treatment may be required to continue coverage. Coverage ends if the subscription is canceled or if payment lapses beyond 30 days. The Lifetime Guarantee can be canceled by the customer and/or the company at any time for any reason.
